GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND SCOPE

SZ Holdings Private Limited as Scylla Zelus, maintains the internet portal www.scyllazelus.com, an online fashion store. On scyllazelus.com customers will be offered goods. The offering on this site is only directed at end users of legal age. Goods will only be sold in normal household quantities. These terms and conditions find application in all contracts which members enter into via scyllazelus.com as well as all general business relationships between Scylla Zelus and its customers. We do not accept any other terms and conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise. If periods are stated in working days, these include all weekdays except Saturday and Sunday and all statutory holidays.

USE OF scyllazelus.com

As part of the registration as a customer of scyllazelus.com you will be asked to submit personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that the data is complete and correct. After you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by email. To facilitate access to the online service on scyllazelus.com, you will receive a password. You are obliged to treat this password and any other access data confidential and protected from access by unauthorized third parties.

In the password protected area you can access your recently shipped and/or completed orders. In this area you can also change, administer and save your own data and potential subscriptions of newsletters.

PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES

For orders, the prices which are listed at the time of your order on the product page apply. These prices are exclusive of taxes and the final price (inclusive of taxes) are shown in the shopping cart page.

We accept various credit cards, e.g. Visa, American Express, Master and will charge the invoice to your credit card immediately after receipt and dispatch of the order.

VOUCHERS

Vouchers are only valid for the period announced at issue or a maximum of 1 year from the time of issuance. An extension or a transfer to another user/ customer is not possible.

Vouchers are non-transferable.

Vouchers cannot be deducted from shipping costs, if applicable.

DELIVERY

Delivery will only be given to the shipping address provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that it is possible to ship to the address during normal working hours.

We ship according to the delivery timelines provided for each product. We ensure that we ship as early as possible, but for some products the timelines are longer based on availability of products.

Scylla Zelus does not assume any sourcing risk especially with reference to a purchase by description. For return policies, please check our section on Delivery and Returns.

As a part of your registration as a customer on scyllazelus.com you will be asked to provide personal data. This is data which is required by us to process the contracts concluded on www.scyllazelus.com. All personal data is confidential and will be treated by us in accordance with relevant legal regulations. To safeguard your privacy in online payment transactions scyllazelus.com uses the latest encryption techniques through our payment gateways.

IMAGE RIGHTS

All rights to use imagery on scyllazelus.com lies with Scylla Zelus. The use of the material - in whatever form - is prohibited unless explicit permission from Scylla Zelus has been granted.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

We usually deliver within 2-6 working days of placement of the order. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longer delivery time applies.

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from scyllazelus.com. You can return all items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased. The refund amount will be credited back to your Scylla Zelus account as store credits or credit points.

In case of a manufacturing defect of the item, it can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be canceled. Similarly, if the product is self-shipped, and has not been dispatched by the customer after two weeks of refund initiation, the refund request will be canceled.

Within the first 14 days of receipt, we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.

Please ensure that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.

Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 14 days.

You can inform us within 14 days of receiving the parcel by writing to us at info@scyllazelus.com. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person

We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange or refund for an order. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer.

Please note that shipping charges will not be re-imbursed.

ONLINE RETURN OPTIONS

OPTION 01: RETURN VIA THIRD PARTY COURIER

Please return the package to the following address through a courier service of your choice.

Please make sure the returning package is sealed to avoid damages and order details are mentioned on the package. (Order number/ Name/ contact number/ Style number & size ).

Once the package is received , the paid amount for the returned product will be credited to the purchaser’s SZ account as store credits within 7 days after a quality inspection.

Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tags intact.

*If the product has not been returned in a fully resalable condition, we are unable to accept the return. The product will be returned back to the customer.

OPTION 02: RETURN VIA COLLECTION

Drop an email to info@scyllazelus.com with the following details. Order number, product quantity, reason for the return and email registered in www.scyllazelus.com.

We shall communicate with the courier company and arrange a pickup to return (the package needs to be sealed to avoid damages and mention the order details with customer details). Depending on the location, there will be a return courier charge, which needs to be paid at the collection.

Once the package is received, the paid amount for the returned product will be credited to the purchaser’s SZ account as store credits within 7 days after a quality inspection.

Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tags intact.

*If the product has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we are unable to accept the return. The product will be returned back to the customer.

OPTION 03: RETURN VIA THE NEAREST POST OFFICE

Please drop off the package to the nearest post office (Send the package to the following address from registered post - Scylla Zelus, S. De S. Jayasinghe Mawatha, Nugegoda P. O. Box 85 Nugegoda , 10250 Sri Lanka)

Please make sure the returning package is sealed to avoid damages and order details are mentioned on the package. (Order number/ Name/ contact number).

Once the package is received , the paid amount for the returned product will be credited to the purchaser’s SZ account as store credits within 7 days after a quality inspection.

Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tags intact.

*If the product has not been returned in a fully resalable condition, we are unable to accept the return. The product will be returned back to the customer.

OPTION 04: RETURN VIA THE NEAREST SZ STORE

Fill the returns form at the store and drop off the items.

Once the package is received , the paid amount for the returned product will be credited to the purchaser’s SZ account as store credits within 7 days after a quality inspection.

Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tags intact.

*If the product has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we are unable to accept the return. The product will be returned back to the customer.

*Exchange is possible at the stores for the price paid for the product ( Excluding discounts ).

OPTION 04: RETURN VIA THE NEAREST SZ STORE

Fill the returns form at the store and drop off the items.

Once the package is received , the paid amount for the returned product will be credited to the purchaser’s SZ account as store credits within 7 days after a quality inspection.

Returns should be made within 14 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tags intact.

*If the product has not been returned in fully resalable condition, we are unable to accept the return. The product will be returned back to the customer.

*Exchange is possible at the stores for the price paid for the product ( Excluding discounts ).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Scylla Zelus is not liable to pay any import charges or any other costs incurred by the customs department or the government of the respective countries.
